He just can't keep still for a minute (used to pedal his legs furiously even as a new-born); way smart for his age - tops his class both in studies and sports. Listens only to my mom; fears me.

This where I live, on the edge of Hudson River right across Downtown Manhattan. Two-thirds of the way up on the East tower, the apartment has sweeping views of the Statue of Liberty, Verrazano Bridge, Brooklyn, Manhattan and George Washington Bridge. I've kept the apartment functional but comfortable - toeing the maxim in Architecture - " ...

Friends and family are extremely important to me. This gallery is woefully unpopulated simply because I do not have the pictures. Definitely a priority area going forward!
